Following a meal plan 1 week at a time is manageable & exciting. It allows you to practice recipes & then dive into a new week in your own time.The plan is based on an average of 1500 calories per adult per day.

Our JB Rainbow list provides healthy substitutes by food colour.Most kids meals are deconstructed from the adults' so that you don't make two separate meals.Mondays are meat free. Let's start small to improve our health & the planet's.Thursdays are for cocktails & dance parties. Friday nights are for treats
